Booking Policy

Before any booking/service we schedule an initial consultation with you and discuss the type of vehicle for detailing and its current condition. Then we will allocate you a driver with a convenient time for the service.

With our detailing service we offer follow-ups to ensure the job was done at your satisfaction, otherwise our driver will return to ensure the service is done at the highest standard for the customer.


For service cancellations we require at least 24 hours notice to either fully cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment. 

Bookings which are not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
